Is all my data secured?

The nearscreen Apps run in the certified Swiss data centres of the Swiss provider Infomaniak. We have turned our backs on American service providers. Each user account and associated data is completely segregated from other users.

Can I backup my data?

All your data is automatically backed-up on our servers. You also have access to 6 months of Versioning. From your workspace you can also download a copy of your data on your local computer, or export all of your data to csv or Excel files.

Are there any storage limits?

The number of rows and the number of files are unlimited

Is my payment secure?

We use Payrexx to handle all our payments and Payrexx has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay with major credit cards. Your subscription is recurring and paid in advance. You can cancel your subscription anytime and your current subscription will expire automatically at the end of your billing period.

Can I pay with TWINT or Postfinance?

Because our plans are recurring and automatically renewed at the end of each billing period, we need to ask you to pay with a credit card. For annual plans, you can ask us to pay by TWINT or Postfinance and our team will send you a seperate payment link.

Can I customise my tables?

Yes. You can customise certain functionnalities. For example, if you use the same text or lines of text for the additional information field, you can define that text as a default text.

Do you offer customisation services?

Yes. You can hire one of our developers to help you implement special requirements or processes. Please contact us for further details.

How do I change my plan?

You can change, upgrade your plan anytime. Just go to your member profile.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription from your profile page with a click of a button.

Can I get an invoice?

For each payment and renewal, you will receive by email an invoice. You can also access and download the history of your invoices in your member profile.
